Providing Feedback

If you would like to provide some feedback, compliments or complaints, you can either submit your feedback online or call, visit, write or email us.

How is my feedback handled

All feedback is forwarded automatically to the UCH Manager. If the feedback includes a complaint or suggestion, the UCH Manager will determine the person best placed to asses the issue raised.

  • You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint throughout the process
  • We will provide you with a response in an efficient, fair and timely manner
  • The information you provide will only be used by UCH to assess and resolve your complaint
  • All information provided will remain confidential, subject to any legislative reporting requirements.

    Today is National Sorry Day, which acknowledges the wrongful treatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under Government policy, which came to be known as the stolen generations, which removed children and young people from their families and communities. This occasion represents an opportunity for all Australians to reflect on past government practices and to understand the ongoing trauma that continues to affect the oldest, continuous living culture on our planet.

    The Haven Port Pirie is currently running a series of Self Care Workshops. If you are interested in attending the next one or a gardening or cooking group then head over to their page. The Haven is a free and confidential service providing information and referrals to women in Port Pirie. The Haven is located at the Port Pirie Community Centre and made possible by Women's Information Service.
