How much does it cost?

If you are eligible you will receive subsidised rental rates. Rent is set at 25-30% of gross household income, plus Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

Where are the houses located?

Properties are located across Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Crystal Brook, Coober Pedy, Wallaroo and Moonta.

UCH also have a number of one bedroom cottage flats for people over 55 years of age, at towns such as Booleroo Centre, Laura, Wirrabarra, Crystal Brook, Clare and Balaklava. Eligibility criteria apply.

A form may be emailed or posted to you, or can be collected from our office at 60 Florence St PORT PIRIE.

The lodgement of a Registration of Interest form does not guarantee housing and no timeframes for housing are offered.
