Maintenance Request Form

Uniting Country Housing (UCH) endeavours to respond to maintenance issues as soon as possible. UCH prioritises maintenance work that poses a health and safety risk to tenants or where there is a risk of damage to the property. Maintenance falls under three categories, with different maximum waiting periods for each category. UCH operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. An After Hours emergency number is available outside of these hours.

Categories

Priority 1/ Emergency: 4 hours completion time. Intended for emergencies such as; no power, faulty smoke alarm, smell of gas, electric shocks. Tenant MUST be at home or call out charge applies. Priority 2/ Urgent: 24 hours completion time. Intended for urgent maintenance such as; no hot water, blocked toilets, burst water pipes. Priority 3/ Routine: 21 days completion time. Intended for routine maintenance such as; faulty stove, locks and glazing, leaking taps, clothes lines, fly screens. After Hours Emergency Number for Priority 1 only is 0427 675 940
