Resilient Families

Resilient Families

Resilient Families is a suite of programs to assist families and children, from early intervention through to child protection issues and Foster Care. Resilient Families, early intervention programs can receive referrals from a range of sources that can all be accessed from one generic Resilient Families referral form.

The main aim of these programs is to assist families to increase parenting capacity and to care for their children in a safe, secure and stable environment, so simply access the referral form and brochure and we will ensure the referral is responded to by the most appropriate and available service to meet the needs.

Children and Parenting Support Service

The program provides early intervention and prevention services and resources that are aimed at improving children’s development and wellbeing and supporting the capacity of those in a parenting role.

Strengthening Families

Support families while they work through domestic and family problems with the main focus being to support parents in their efforts to care for their children.

Targeted Intervention Services

We can provide services to families with circumstances that impact on their ability to safely care for their children, and will provide families with the necessary support to reduce risk factors and build resilience.
