What do we do?
The Building Family Opportunities (BFO) Program provides individualised case management with the entire family, providing whole of life assistance to encourage and support family members of all ages, to reach their full educational and employment potential.
Finding meaningful, sustainable employment is the ultimate goal for individuals who choose to participate in the BFO Program. We can do this by providing tailored learning, training and skills development opportunities.
We aim to assist you and members of your family to take the vital first steps toward improving your lives. This may include securing safe and stable housing, seeking help for mental health challenges or accessing support services for children. Then it becomes possible to improve family dynamics, build confidence and develop the skills needed to start on a pathway to employment. The positive effects of BFO impacts the future of all family members.
