Domestic Violence is an issue that affects people from all walks in life, including women and children living in Australia on temporary visas. The Path to Nowhere report explores the unique risks these women and children experience.
Women on temporary visas face additional barriers when seeking support which can include deportation, loss of children, loss of social connections and difficulty understating their rights.
This research was complied with data that was collected from domestic violence services during August 2018.
